Santa would leave me that harmonica that he took away because I touched a present under the tree when I was like 9….and this is why I’m a therapist.

Santa would be my homeboy if he would bring me two place tickets to the Bahamas. If he doesn’t have frequent flyer miles to cash in then I could really use a IPOD!

Santa should leave me a laptop of my own because I have 2 school-issue laptops which are good for work but not very good for doing things like plotting world domination and looking at “sites which are deemed in appropriate” like Facebook and lolcatz. *breathe* I use my husband’s laptop, mostly, but I get booted off when he has to write a 10-papers on basketball and square dancing (PE major). PRIORITIES – doesn’t he know that I have to do important things like play on The Twitter and gaze longingly at the MacBook I wish I had? That’s Santa, I’m talking about, not the husband.

If Santa wanted to be nice he’d leave me with my mortgage payments caught up so we don’t start the new year out on our butts sigh. However the $50 would be nice, I’d stretch it for some nice groceries

The fat man will probably be making his last apperance at our house this year so……….I could use a lifetime supply of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. He usually brings me a box.

We’re in Australia for Christmas (first time ever we’ve been away from home!). We’ve saved for 5 yrs for this trip so all I ask of Santa is that we all ENJOY it – no bickering or kids getting on each others nerves. Just super happy memories.

If I’m lucky enough to win I definitely want you Anissa to have the $50 gift card to spend. And no feeling guilty about it – you would have won it fair and square if my name happens to be drawn (yeah, I know, pigs might fly too!). It’s no good to me living in England anyway!!! xx

Santa is giving me Christmas Day off! I am really grateful for that as I worked a double shift on Thanksgiving.

  20. Dorothy December 1, 2011 at 2:22 AM #

We’re Jewish, so Santa won’t come near our place (nor would he have a tree under which to leave a gift), but the one thing I want most this year is my cousin. I even put her on my wish list–well, a ticket to get her out here to visit.

I haven’t seen her in a few years now and I miss her like crazy. She’s in FL and I’m in the Pacific NW. She’s never seen snow and we have an abundance of it, so it could be a win-win situation for all of us. I get my cousin and she gets to see snow. :-)

Patience and sanity are in short supply right about now. The meds are not working.. so if santa can drop off a LARGE supply of sanity and throw in some patience, that would be wonderful. On the off chance, he’s more materialistic than that… I’d like a new pair of Size 8 black or brown boots ;-) ~~~

  22. Mandy December 1, 2011 at 2:11 AM #

Does Santa give out patience or sanity? Cause the meds I have that are supposed to be working for those two things AREN’T ;-) lol. If he can’t do that, then I would kill for a new pair of boots :) FYI Santa, I’m a size 8 shoe now :) ~~~

See.. Not enough patience to even figure out where my original post was :)

  23. Suebob December 1, 2011 at 12:14 AM #

Ironically, the $5 card is the same thing I got from KMart the year I worked there. Yes, folks, I got a $5 gift card (back then I think they were actual certificates) TO KMART from Kmart. Even when I was making $3.35 per hour, that felt kinda chintzy. But I have to thank Kmart for making me decide to go to college. So there’s that.

Under my tree…hm…a comfy chair. This Ikea BS is getting old.

I wish Santa could give me my husband back. He passed away two weeks ago and Christmas just isn’t going to be Christmas without him. But I have to put on a happy face for our little girl and give her all she deserves!

    • Alicia December 1, 2011 at 12:58 PM #

Katherine, I am so sorry for your pain and sorrow. I will be thinking good, peaceful thoughts for you and your little girl.

If Santa was really nice, he’d bring me the DSLR plus two lens kit I saw and am lusting over. But, on the off chance that Santa is in a stingy mood, that $50 gift card would buy me a sweet little point and shoot.

I asked for a new recliner sofa since my son’s dog broke both ends of the one that I have so it no longer reclines unless you sit on the floor and yank out the foot part and about kill yourself. Since that’s not going to happen, I will be happy with pretty much anything. I doubt I’ll get anything. They didn’t even remember to say happy birthday to me. At least they won’t forget it’s Christmas.
